Part one of the Cookbook Project - reprinting the original "Itadakimasu" has been completed and are available for $15. Check on the website later for details on ordering and shipping costs. If interested, email info@gardenabuddhistchurch.org. The book has not been altered or edited from tis original from 30 years ago, with the exception of the removal of the ads in the first edition.
Part two is an ongoing project of collecting new recipes for the next edition. Needed are recipes for meals that can be completed in less that 30 minutes and for special diets, i.e, gluten-free, sugar-free, etc. Recipes for the new book can be dropped off at the church office - it must have your contact information.
