After life?
We want to know about what happens after we die. Will we see others? Where will we be. The sutras that use in Jodo Shinshu describes in great detail what Pure Land is like. But at the same time, Jodo Shinshu says why bother? We don't have to worry about after life because Amida says we don't have to worry about because he guarantees it. Through reciting the nembutsu and with shinjin, we will be reborn in the Pure Land, so don't worry about it.

"It" is guaranteed! Amida is not only a "he"!
At the Southern District Conference, Rev. Tetsuo Unno enlisted the help of the ministers attending to answering some of the questions. Of course, they were not prepared, however, the imprompto answers are important. This question comes up from newbies and experienced Dharma seekers. Ask your Jodo Shinshu minister a question about "After Life" and it will help you understand the true meaning of the Nembutsu.

So far I've seen one plaque at Salinas and one at Florin. Did GBC ever have one? Seems appropriate for 85th Anniversary.
