Rev. Miura passed away this morning in Torrance, CA. Out of respect for the family, please refrain from contacting them. Please contact the church office for moring information. The funeral services have not been arranged yet by the family. It will be sponsored by the Buddhist Churches of America.Thank you Rev. Nakano of Gardena Buddhist Church and to Rev. My family and I would like to extend our condolences to you. I just received a call from Mom and Dad and they are very saddened of the Miura Sensei's passing.

Thie is both a shock, and a tragedy for all concerned, particularly his wonderdul wife.
Let us remember Reverend Miura with loving memories, and after all is said, and done remember that he was a "good guy" in every sense of that phrase.
